What was your best xmas present this yr?
My best present was my new puppy my hubby got me. Iv Bn looking for one to join our family and finally found one.my funniest present was a willy molding kit from my SIS in law.also found out my niece is pregnant. My third niece this yr.
How long to wait to get a thank you for xmas gifts?
So, I bought some xmas gifts for my friend and her kids incl her husband as I didnt want him to feel left out. Just socks they were . Anyway i dropped them off on xmas eve and since then I've not heard a word. Nothing My friend was at work when I dropped them off, so I left them with older kid, who is 16. I would have at least liked an acknowledgement to say she'd seen them and seeing that it is now 3 days after, a THANK YOU. Even if they didnt like them. It's manners, is it not? Do I say anything or just leave it. HOW RUDE

For Xmas I got home with a big bag and my great ran to the kitchen expecting a present so then I say this is for my wifey my gf my world and then she leaves out the kitchen to see what I got her only to see that I was talking to my sister and gave her a box of perfume she left crying she said she was happy and excited and then found out I wasn't even talking to her was that mean???
Last day at work tomorrow xmas temp what should i say to the manager?
So its my last day at work tomorrow as a Xmas temp and I'm kind of gutted, I really enjoyed it, anyway they are keeping people on but not me I was never really working in front of a manager so they don't even know who I am or what my name is, anyway they decided to keep another person who I started with on and she don't want to do nothing goes sick etc so yeah bit pissed off with that, as I haven't missed one day, always on time, took any overtime etc.Anyway should I say like of anything comes up let me know or what should I say ?? Like something that might make me look good so they might ask me back kind of thing
What to buy a rich guy for xmas?
Hi there I'm trying to figure out what type of gift to get my boyfriend for christmas He has very expensive tastes and I can't really afford much over one hundred dollars. We were not supposed to get gifts but he bought me a bunch of stuff anyway So now I am wondering exactly what to get him...I was thinking of a nice brand name sweater or somthing. Should I go to work and make money or should i go to my husbands work xmas party?
so my husband works for a family owned restaurant as a cook, hes been there for 4 years now and has never gone to his xmas party, nor has he ever asked me if i wanted to go... but this year he asked me about 2 weeks ago and the party is tmrw. I havent worked and barely have gas money. I was offered to bartend tmrw night and make some quick cash,but I agreed to go to the party. my husband said he would go without me, and doesnt mind if i choose to work since we really really need money... my next work day would be on friday, so im going a whole week without money, and i dont have a credit card, point is id have to go cash in all my piggy bank money til fri... lack of work and xmas has wiped us out so i think im having a hard time letting him go without me, so should i go with him and just be broke til fri? or should i go to work and let him go without me? p.s. i do want to go and enjoy the party together since we dont go out much, but i also asked my job to give me an xtra work night.... help me out. im not stressing too much about it but i think ill make a decision with some help. thanks.
